With over a decade in the fitness industry, Jessica was a nationally qualified bodybuilder in Bikini and Figure divisions, she's also a skilled posing coach with a deep medical background as a travel nurse. Jessica became a Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also completing her NASM Corrective Exercise and Women's Fitness Specialist certifications. Driven by a passion for body development and nutrition, she's dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Outside the gym, she loves cooking, traveling, wine tasting with her husband, and adores her son and two kittens.

With over 15 years in the fitness industry, Rudy has built his life around strength, discipline, and competition. He's battled on stage in both Men's Physique and Classic divisions, earning his IFBB Pro Card in 2017. For him, the gym isn't just a place to lift - it's where hard work pays off, limits get pushed, and stress gets left at the door.
When he's not training, Rudy's out on the golf course, tearing up mountain bike trails, or enjoying a solid meal with his wife. Whether you're looking to build muscle, increase strength, or completely transform, Rudy's got the knowledge and experience to get you there.
